Journey started in 2006 with 25000 spindle under the leadership of Mr. Ajay Satia, Chairman of the Company, who hold over three decades of rich industrial experience in paper, textile and power generation.

Today under the benevolent vision of Dr Ajay Satia and dynamic management of Mr. Dhruv Satia Managing Director of the company, T.C. Spinner has achieved several milestones and emerged as one of the leading & trusted yarn manufacturing company in India, producing  100% cotton yarn ( carded, combed, compact & open end), 100% polyester yarn, Polyester/Cotton yarn count ranging from NE 10 to NE 60.

Company is also having Open end yarn and Sewing thread state of art manufacturing facility. Over the years number of modernization-cum-expansion schemes were undertaken and presently having the 82,000 spindle in operations.

The company rests its pride on the state-of-art infrastructure that is fully incorporated with the most urbane machinery required for the production of the sophisticated Cotton Yarn, Polyester Yarn and Spun Sewing Thread. The manufacturing plants are having in house testing labs equipped with world latest testing instruments.

The Plant is located on Chandigarh – Ambala Road at Lalru , Punjab  and near the cotton growing belt of Northern India. The annual sales turnover of company is 4000 Million INR.

Quality Control
We have a good quality control of our product. Each piece goes through many steps of quality checks by our quality inspectors. Even, before the delivery, we do random inspection by ourselves.
Sampling
We can create any design & color or size as far as our products are concerned.
It takes 7-10 days to develop new samples
We provide free representative samples to overseas buyer, if they pay courier charges.
Regarding new samples developments, buyer has to pay cost as well as courier charges.
Packing
Most our products, neat & clean, are packed each piece in poly bag (but also depends upon size and price range).
Woollen Blankets are packed in Hessian Cloth bales, while other blankets like Polar & thermal blankets & other products are packed in Cartoon Boxes. Even packing is made as per buyer request.
Order & Payment Terms
We accept any small or big order, as per buyer’s requirements.
But Minimum Qnty per design will be 500 pcs.
Payment Terms are T/T or Irrecoverable L/C
For CIF Terms, 30% advance by T/T is compulsory.
